Devin and Kristina Oglesbee-Tiedje, who were married December 22, 2006, have spent the last year getting used to their new digs in Rochester, Minnesota, where there is a small Craftsman cottage they call home. As you can see, within the last year they explored the cultural riches of the Upper Midwest and Prairie Country, such as visiting the USA’s only peace pipe quarry, a local rodeo, buffalo of Blue Ridge, a pioneer village, Minneapolis, and their own backyard, which needed some pruning due to an unknown tree illness.
When not living nearby Devin’s laboratory or spending endless hours on their research, they took great pleasure in traveling to the South of France and Kristina’s hometown, Hannover, Germany. Moreover, they also love hosting visitors to Rochester and had the honor to entertain, Arika, Kristina’s friend Agnes, as well as Kristina’s parents Hannelore and Gerd in 2007.
For the next year, Devin and Kristina look forward to getting out of Rochester as much as possible, which will include trips to Mexico, Germany, France, and Portugal for both work and pleasure. And they happily anticipate more visitors, such as Vicky and Johannes, to their Midwestern home.

Under construction, check back tomorrow…

    Hello!

Nice to see you on this website… we remember the 22nd of December 2006 very well. This year we enjoy Christmas and the holidays with Tina and Devin in Rochester.

Many winter holiday greetings from the snow in the midwest,

Hanne and Gerd (Tina’s parents and Devin’s Schwiegereltern from Germany)

Hello, cousins. Since I received your mother’s note to check out your family website, it’s taken me two months to do so. Just taking a moment this afternoon (in snowy, cold St. Louis below you) to extend my best wishes for a wonderful life together. My husband and I are escaping the cold March 13 to Cancun…finally doing that tourist stop. Looking forward to the warmer air and inspiration of the sun (hopefully) rays.
